Well-equipped kitchen with hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine/tumble dryer. Upstairs to Master bedroom 1 with a king size bed. 55 Upper Maen Cottages is a cosy, welcoming three-bedroom cottage central to the Maenporth facilities. Full of wonderful nautical touches, it creates the perfect home-from-home to come back to after a long day on the beach. Centrally located on the estate, it has easy access to the leisure centre, yet is only a few minutes; walk to Maenporth bay. Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area is warm and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and large doors on to the private patio area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, and to help avoid queues in the morning there is also a downstairs shower room. Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and theres a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children's play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. Its a great destination for families or couples all year
round.
