Three bedrooms: 1 x lower ground floor double with an en-suite shower room with a shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size and 1 x twin. Bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV, iPod dock, a selection of books and games and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Cot and Highchair available. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Note: Care must be taken with children in the grounds as there are open ponds.
Note: Lily Cottage does have ground floor bedrooms but the accommodation is arranged over two floors.
