All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x King Size double and 1 x twin. Bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Oil central heating and wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker. A barn annexe provides a tumble dryer which serves the 4 barns charged at �5 per load.
Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at �5 per load. Disposable BBQ's can also be purchased for guests going to the beach. A selection of books and games, iPod dock/ TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Disabled ramp access to property through french doors. Note: Care must be taken with children in the grounds as there are open ponds.
