Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with garden and furniture and back yard. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is one internal step between the sitting room and kitchen. Note: Due to the nature and age of the cottage the stairs are steep and narrow. Note: The cottage is accessed via two external steps. Note: Maximum 3 guests. Note: Property only accepts children over 12 years.

Merlin is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the village of Llithfaen just four miles from Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsular.The cottage can sleep three people in two double bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside is off road parking for one car and a front patio with garden and furniture. Merlin is an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Note: Property only accepts children over 12 years of age.
