Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus front lawned communal garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There are 5 tread stairs between the lower and upper ground floor levels and a ½ tread to the floor level of the kitchen. Please note: bookings must fall between Friday to Friday.

Ty Fferm is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home that has been converted from a farm building, on the owner's working smallholding near Llanllwni, Mid Wales. The property has a double bedroom and a single room on the first floor, along with a WC. On the upper level of the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and on the lower level of the ground floor, a sitting room with a dining area. Outside, there is a off road parking for three cars, a shared lawned garden to the front with stunning views of the Carmarthenshire countryside, and a private, enclosed courtyard to the rear with furniture. Ty Fferm is a wonderful getaway base for couples and small families.
