Ground floor wet room. Ground floor utility. First floor cloakroom with basin and WC. First floor open plan living accommodation with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. First floor sitting room with gas fire.

Gas central heating with two gas fires. 5 x Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, xBox One with games, WiFi, small selection of books and board games. Gas and electric inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for three cars. Courtyard garden with table and chairs. First floor balcony. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels and please not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Small shop and off-licence on site. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Beach 1 mile by car, 10 mins walk. Note: Children must be supervised on the balcony. Note: Check in is from 4pm and you must arrive before 9pm. Note: The main Cambrian coast train line runs just beyond the site, associated noise may be heard. Please
