Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside cottage on a first come, first served basis. Rear cottage garden with two patio areas and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed up 3 steps from the pavement. Note: Set over four floors with a spiral staircase, children and pets to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Situated close to a road, associated noise may be heard. Note: Some mobile networks have limited coverage in the village although EE network provides 3G in the cottage. Note: Check-in 4pm
