Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 minute walk. Note the local restaurant in the town is close Monday/Tuesday outside of high peak times. During peak times of the year the restaurant is open 7 days a week from 6pm

The cottage can sleep four people in one king size double and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture. Little Retreat is ideally located for families or couples who wish to explore this fantastic part of Cornwall.
