All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and access to decked terrace.
Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, fibre optic broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburner available end of September to end of March only, at other times guests need to bring their own woodburner fuel. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car on a steep drive. Private decked terrace with hot tub. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub/restaurant on site 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decked area and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
