Extra fuel can be purchased from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Bike storage. Front gravelled sitting area with garden furniture, BBQ and views over the Vyrnwy and Conwy valleys. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk. Renowned Lake Vyrnwy Hotel with bars, restaurants and beautiful lake views 1.5 miles. Note: Limited headroom of about 5'10" in kitchen. Note: This is a working sheep farm, dogs must be kept under control at all times.

Tyn-y-Bwlch Cottage is a welcoming stone built cottage on a working sheep farm near Lake Vyrnwy. There is a king-size double room, a single room with additional pull-out bed and a ground floor twin room. On the ground floor is a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen (with limited headroom) and a sitting room with open fire. There is also a conservatory with dining area and great views down the Cownwy Valley. From Tyn-y-Bwlch it is easy to enjoy all that Snowdonia, mid Wales and Shropshire have to offer.
