Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: There is a wall in the rear garden with a 3ft drop, children to be supervised. Note: Parts of the garden have uneven surfaces. Note: There is limited mobile phone reception. Note: The outbuildings are out of bounds. Note: There is one step that leads up to the bathroom, snug and kitchen.
