Ground floor shower room with basin and WC. Open-plan kitchen with sitting area and woodburning stove. Dining Room. Utility.
Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Further wood can be purchased locally. WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 2 miles, shop 3 miles. Note: Not ideal for toddlers or very small children.
Note: Spiral staircase no handrail, not suitable for less mobile.
