Accommodation is provided by three spacious bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom, and outside there is a decked area, large lawned terrace, Summer House, garden furniture and barbecue area which is free for guests to use, subject to conditions. The garden has a burn (Scottish word for stream) at the bottom.
