Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rear courtyard with furniture and hot tub. 1 highchair. Sorry no smoking. Limited off road parking in a layby 150 yards from the cottage on a first come first serve basis, load and unload outside the property. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 minute walk. Note: This property accepts up to two well behaved dogs. Note - This property requires a refundable �200 security deposit, payable 48 hours before arrival. No stag/hen or similar.
Due to the residential location of this property the owner requests that the hot tub is vacated by 10pm- thank you.
