Three bedrooms: 1 x super King-size, 1 x twin (which can be made into a super King on request) and 1x bunk beds. Kitchen/dining room. Lounge and conservatory. A family bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, hand basin, w.c and shaver point. Additional shower room with rain shower. Cloakroom with w.c and a small utility room for beach gear and wellies.

Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher,microwave,toaster, four ring ceramic hob/oven/grill. Nespresso and filter coffee machine.
TV, DVD/CD/Blu-ray/MP3 player.
Wifi available.
Parking space for one car - second car may be parked on the road in front of Cottage View garage.
Baby friendly - cot, highchair, stairgate, bath, utensils etc.
Enclosed garden, south facing terrace with picnic table BBQ with access to a public footpath for a useful shortcut to the beach, pub, cafe and village shops.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and beach towels.
