Two king-size double bedrooms. Two single beds on landing. Bathroom with corner bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Sitting room with kitchen and food preparation table. Dining room.
Electric wall-mounted convector heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in bathroom, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, telephone for incoming and emergency calls, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Designated parking for 1 car and off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: The two single beds are only suitable for children and located under the eaves on the landing. Note: There are sloping ceilings upstairs in the bedrooms and bathroom. Note: Neighbour has a dog kept in an enclosed area. Note: Mobile reception is limited. Note: Max 4 adults. Note: Check-in 4-30pm, check-out 10-30am.

The Hemmel is a detached barn conversion cottage in the small Northumberland hamlet of Holystone just a short drive from Rothbury. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, two single beds on the landing (suitable for children) and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with a kitchen area and a separate dining room. Outside is off road parking and a front lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Situated in the Northumberland National Park, The Hemmel is a lovely holiday home in a truly tranquil location.
