All ground floor. One double bedroom with TV. Wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Gas underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview/DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power included in the rent, starter pack of logs provided, extra logs can be purchased from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome (must be kept on a lead). Two horses welcome (charged from £10 per horse, per night, payable to owner on arrival). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Building works currently in field across from property 900 yards away, some associated noise may possibly be heard at times
