Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of on-site washing machine and tumble dryer,TV, video, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi, small. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate. Children are welcome to help on the farm with the hens, pigs, sheep, cows
and other animals or enjoy the onsite playground and play shed. Guests can enjoy free use of the owner's superb indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room and can book slots to use the pool on arrival. The cottage also has private hot-tub. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed, lawned garden with furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: Bookable slots are available between 9am - 12.45pm each day, and the owner guarantees guests a 75 minute slot each day which during peak times may be shared with one other cottage. In the school holidays and at weekends there is also an 'open swim' between 4.30pm and 8.00pm when cottage guests can use/ re-use the pool facilities. During 'off peak' periods more bookable slots are made available.
