Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, side raised lawned garden, plus front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: There is a small step up into the bathroom. Note: There is a low door to the double bedroom. Note: Cottage accessed down three steps and there's a drop from the patio to a lawned path. Note: Water is from an underground spring and goes through two filter systems and a purification system before it can be used.
