Lower Moor Lodge is a ground floor, cosy cottage that can be found in the famous market town of Hay on Wye, Herefordshire, which is famous its historic and literary connections. The cottage itself is over two hundred years old and was once the lodge to the Lower Moor Manor, which has a wealth of period features throughout, including the original flagstone flooring and lead mullion windows. Inside there is a living room with a wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with a patio area and furniture provided, which also overlooks the magnificent surrounding countryside. Off road parking is available. Lower Moor Lodge is in the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Herefordshire’s finest sights.
