Gas central heating with woodburning stoves. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent and fuel for stove supplied on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking in front of the cottage on a first come, first served basis. Courtyard with furniture. Equipment storage in cellar. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shops, pubs and village centre 5 mins walk. Note: The main staircase to the first floor is a little steep, and the staircase to the lower ground floor is very worn (stone steps) and quite steep, so may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

To the outside of the property there is roadside parking in front of the cottage on a first come, first served basis and a courtyard with furniture.
