Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Roadside parking 30 yards from cottage on first come, first served basis, plus parking in public car park at top of street charged at daily rate. Enclosed decked area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 2 mins walk, pubs 7 mins walk. Note: There are 6 steps up to the decked area. Note: Shower has restricted headroom.
