Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double with TV, balustrade and en suite bathroom with bath, WC and basin, 1 x super king double (can convert to twin) with single bed, balustrade and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin. Ground floor WC/utility room with basin. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with wood burning stove.

Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Childrens play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Note Swimming pool is available from 8am to 8pm, and is closed Tuesdays from 2pm to 3.15pm and Wednesdays from 9.15am to 10.30am in term time; occasionally it is also used by owners' family and friends.

The Hay Barn is a comfortable cottage converted from a barn on a traditional working farm near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom and a family room with double and single beds and en suite shower room, both with balustrade. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private sunny patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue, and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, play area, games room and trampoline and waymarked walks across the farm.
