Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed front garden with furniture and rear courtyard. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins and pub 1 min walk. Note: 60kg bag of fuel for the stove provided October to April; this can be sufficient for a week but is dependent on guest consumption and more may be desired.
Note: Off-road parking is up a level with a small flight of outdoor stairs or a footpath. Note: There is a steep staircase, unsuitable for those with limited mobility
