The location is superb with water views from every window. Sleeping six in three bedrooms � two double and a twin with a bathroom and en suite shower-room; living room, kitchen-dining room and study. There is an enclosed, mainly cobbled garden with a sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Dinghy mooring is available nearby (16' open boat can be hired and delivered from Fowey). An exceptional waterside property in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
