Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate. Roadside parking for 1 car outside the cottage. Front enclosed cottage garden with seating area, gravelled area and roof terrace with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.4 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Care to be taken due to roof terrace, internal step up to kitchen and from single bedroom to terrace, children to be supervised.
Note: There is a 32 litre capacity counter top freezer available on request from the owner
