Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas and French windows to terrace. Shared entrance hall.
Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars beside the barn. Limestone terrace with garden furniture, lawn part of which is shared with neighbouring barn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 1 mile, shops 2 miles. Note: The owner will require a refundable security deposit of £100 payable on arrival.
