Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview (one Smart TV and two TV/DVDs), Nintendo Wii, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed patio and lawned area to rear with table and chairs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Trearddur Bay and beach 2 miles.
