Ground Floor

Enter this charming cottage into a reception hall which in turn leads to a wonderful, open plan living space with comfortable seating, a wood burning stove - SO welcoming during the cooler months! - a Smart TV (perfect for catching up on all those films you've been promising yourself!) with built-in DVD and the added advantage of Sky Cinema and entertainment package.

A selection of toys, games, books DVDs and a boule set (there is a boule court close near) are thoughtfully provided for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The dining area is a lovely sunny spot to sit, relax and enjoy meals together; French doors nearby lead to the outside space.

The stylish kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a combined washing machine/dryer.

There is a useful cloaks/WC.

First Floor

The master bedroom suite is spacious with a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets and good lighting plus storage. An immaculate en-suite shower room has a shower with a large 'rainfall' shower head, WC and hand wash basin.

The family bedroom sleeps three with a set of bunk beds with full size 3' (adult size) beds plus a 3' single bed.

There is a house bathroom with a bath - perfect to sink into after a day on the beach - with overhead shower, WC and hand wash basin.
Outside

There is a parking spot made up of railway sleeps to the front of the property for one car; there is additional car parking on the cobbles nearby or in the reception car park.

To the rear of the cottage is a terrace with an open plan lawned garden bordered by a hedge and fence that overlooks the golf course. There is a brick-built BBQ plus a table, chairs and benches, an idyllic spot for enjoying al fresco meals, the first cuppa of the day or a nightcap under the stars before bedtime.
