Private decked front patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on site.

Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible.
However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

Sea Breeze is a single storey, detached cottage on The Bay near Filey. The cottage has a double room with en-suite, a twin room which can be a king-size double if needed, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is a private deck and communal grounds including lakes and picnic areas. There is use of the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and additional facilities including the gym are available at extra cost. The beach is a short walk away, and Filey and the rest of the coast are easily accessible, making Sea Breeze an ideal year-round retreat.
