With three bedrooms the master with en-suite shower room and two with doors to the balcony, the property can sleep six people. There is a family bathroom and separate kitchen. An open plan sitting room with dining area boasts floor to ceiling windows. A sunny entrance porch with seating opens onto a glazed balcony spanning the width of the apartment directly overlooking the sea. The apartment is accessed by a lift and stairs or a flight of 48 stairs. Allocated parking for two cars is in an underground car park.
