Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decking with furniture. Free, shared use of estate facilities including hot tub, pool table, riverside picnic area and one acre lake with specimen fishing, Pike, Roach, Barbel, Carp and Tench. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are boarding kennels on the estate and the owners request dogs to be kept on a lead when walking on the estate. Note: Children to be supervised at all times due to the River Thet running through the estate, as well as the fishing lake next to the property. The river is unfenced and the lake has a low-level fence.
Note: Fishing between 16th March - 16th June is not available due to being out of season. If you are interested in fishing you will require a fishing permit which is £10 and relevant equipment e.g.Barbless hooks and landing net etc.
