The high spec property with high ceilings has been furnished to top standards and guests will be made to feel particularly homely and cosy with underfloor floor heating, exceptional equipment and furnishings and ample comfortable seating. Additionally, the property benefits from being able to generate its own electricity via solar panels on the roof. The property enjoys access to 18 acres of land to explore and peaceful seating areas overlooking the lake to soak up the evening sun. The village of East Allington is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community.
