Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: Garage only suitable for a small to medium-sized car due to the tight access lane restricting the swing of the car. Note: The fire in the living area is for decoration only. Note: Should any breakages occur at the property, we kindly ask that you inform the property owner directly. Note: From 27th April until 26th October 19, there will be a parking permit available at the property for all long stay Gwynedd Council car parks. Please ensure that the permit is left at the property at the end of your stay or a cost of £20 will be incurred which is the cost of printing a new permit.

The property is perfect for couples and small families, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom with exposed beams and purlins on the second floor, along with a bathroom. On the first floor, the open plan living area houses a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting area. There is an entrance hall on the ground floor with a woodburner-style electric fire, offering you a warm welcome, while outside, the rear, enclosed courtyard is a great spot for alfresco dining in the summer months. There is a parking space for a small-medium car in a garage and additional roadside parking on the street. Offering oodles of character and charm, the mill has sash windows and you can even view the remaining mill workings!
