Electric central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towel inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large wraparound terrace with table and chairs, and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: There is additional parking on site. Note: Due to elevated terrace over lake and due to lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Although no pets are allowed at the property, the owner does occasionally bring a dog to the property. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, a double with an en suite shower room and two twins, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the lodge is made up of an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, a dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a wrap around terrace with a private hot tub.
