Seaway House sits in a quiet lane just off the coast road to Dartmouth (4 miles), offering quick access to Blackpool Sands beach, just 5 minutes drive away, and the nearby village of Strete which has a shop/PO stores, pub, restaurant and church. The South Devon Coast Path is also close by offering wonderful cliff and coastal walks in all directions. The property sleeps six in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms. Conservatory/sunroom runs across the full width of the house and offers delightful views across the garden and out to sea. The room is furnished with two double sofas and drinks tables. There are further doors to the sitting room, a very cosy room tastefully furnished with two large sofas, TV with DVD player, armchairs, and contemporary wood-burning stove. Far reaching sea views across as far as Start Point in one direction and towards Dartmouth in the other. To the front is a good-sized area of lawn with mature trees, shrubs and flower beds. This lovely detached house is ideally suited to family parties or perhaps one/two couples looking for accommodation within easy reach of this popular location and the nearby sandy beaches.
