Lower ground floor kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with electic woodburner. Snug.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car in a reserved parking space 100 yards way up a steep hill. Enclosed patio garden. Regatta House is a stylish four-storey house on a quiet lane in the heart of the Devon riverside town of Dartmouth. The house sleeps seven people in three bedrooms over the first and second floors, two doubles and a family room with double (can convert to twin) and single bed, plus a bathroom and shower room on the second floor. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and snug and on the lower ground floor is a smart kitchen with a dining area and doors to the terrace. Outside is the terrace at the back with outdoor furniture, as well as parking for one car in a reserved space 100 yards away (with additional chargeable parking in a public car park). On the hillside above the waterside and town centre, Regatta House is an ideal base in a central location for exploring lovely Dartmouth on a break in Devon.
