Over three floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor double. Second floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Second floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with single sofa bed. Ground floor hallway.
Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park 5 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pubs and harbour 5 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via an alleyway with steep, narrow steps. Note: Steep winding stairs throughout, not suitable for elderly guests or people with limited mobility, and children must be supervised. Note: Second floor bedroom is in the eaves and both this bedroom and bathroom have restricted headroom in places.
