Oil central heating. Induction hob and double oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, wine fridge. WIFI, 3 x TV, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent (beach towels are not provided). Highchair and cot available on request. Large garden and patio with hot tub, BBQ, seating, table tennis,. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shop 2 min walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This property has a check in time of 4pm. Note: There is a �40 charge per pet. Note: The use of the hot tub is available with an extra cost of �100, payable on arrival at the property.
