Rear lawned garden with patio (garden not enclosed), Jacuzzi hot tub available at an extra charge of £150 (seats 6-7) and outside hot shower, patio with chairs and table for 8, and charcoal BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: The use of the hot tub is available with an extra cost of £150, payable in cash (cheque not accepted) on arrival at the property. Note: All guests using the hot tub are required to pay an additional £100.00 refundable deposit, which will be requested on arrival. Note: The hot tub should be available for most weeks in the year in the event of it not being available, this will be shown at time of booking. Note: There is a charge of £40 per pet at this property. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: Check in time of 4pm. Note: There are 2 steps from the parking at the front of the property down into the house, however, guests can access the property via Guillemot which is is flat. Note: There are 2 steps from the Conservatory area to the patio and then a further 2 steps down to the parking area to the rear of the property.
Note: The owners have advised us of re-development works that are taking place at Goose Rock Hotel (a neighbouring property) which is currently on going until further notice, they have been assured by the owners of Goose Rock that any impact to guests will be kept to an absolute minimum.
