Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate. Ample off road parking(please keep gates clear). Stable for secure bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Stabling provided for horses by prior arrangement with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 12 mins walk. Note: Guests are welcome to walk along the marked paths through the farm and woodland, please keep dogs on leads if livestock is around.
