Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with 1 with Freeview and 1 with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair available on request. Load/unload outside property only. Roadside parking available nearby on first come, first served basis. Front enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture and rear patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: Max 6 adults and 1 child. Note: Property accessed up a gravel path, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Check-out 11am

Carlton Cottage is a lovely chalet situated on the seafront of West Cowes on the Isle of Wight and is just a short walk from Cowes Town Centre. The chalet can sleep seven people in three bedrooms, a king-size master bedroom, one double bedroom, one twin room, and one sofa bed. There is a large shower room and a downstairs WC and shower room. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with dining area and a sitting room, there is a kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside there is a large garden with patio at the front of the property and at the rear there is a back garden with barbecue. There is roadside parking at a first come first serve basis. Carlton Cottage is a gorgeous chalet and an idyllic spot for a family holiday.
