Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area, and a sofa bed (suitable for 2x children or 1 x adult), and small single pull out bed.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair on request. Stairgate for kitchen. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed garden with a gravel area, lawn area and decking with tables and chairs. Three well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 minute walk, pub less than 1 minute walk. Beach 15 minute walk.
