Dining table and chairs to seat 10 guests if required. Ground floor utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs to Bedroom 1 with twin 3ft beds. Bedroom 2 with 5ft double and TV. Master Bedroom 3 with 5ft double bed, TV, Juliette Balcony with countryside views and Ensuite shower room with W.C. and washbasin. Family bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and W.C.

Bedroom with a 5ft double bed and an en-suite shower room with power shower, WC and under floor heating.
Rose Cottage: (Semi-detached with Hollie Cottage) Open-plan living area with sofa and TV/DVD, dining area and kitchen area with electric oven & hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. A double bedroom with a King size 5ft bed and an en suite shower room with power shower, W.C. and under floor heating.
