Oil-fired AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x Smart TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and travel cot on request, highchair available. Off road parking for 5 cars. Side lawned garden with patio and benches. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There Is a large, unfenced pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small fish pond close by with Roach and guests are welcome to fish free of charge.

The Barn is a superb, semi-detached family holiday home, less than a mile from the small village of Cockshutt and five miles from the town of Ellesmere. This cottage sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double with en-suite shower, a double with en-suite shower, two further doubles and a ground floor twin with double sofa bed. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and comfy seating, a sitting room with electric fire and a bathroom. Outside there's off road parking for five cars and a side lawned garden with patio and benches. The Barn is an excellent base for exploring Shropshire, Cheshire and Wales.
