Originally Lovering's clay dry, The Nest now sits proudly in its place elevated above the village centre. The historic chimney still remains as part of the village landscape. Charlestown has become a popular location for food lovers, perhaps begin your evening at The Longstore which offers fantastic steak and seafood, before popping down to The Wine Store to sample some amazing wines from around the world.
