Central heating, open fire with underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with full Sky Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Payphone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. The house sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms: one double, four twin (one with en suite bathroom and sunroom) and a family room.
