Electric storage heaters with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Tassimo coffee machine (please bring own pods), washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars located 20 yards from cottage. Front patio with seating. Two small well-behaved dogs or 1 large dog welcome due to property size. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant 2 miles. Note: The stairs are a little steep and narrow, with the first floor landing open to the stairs and the lower part of the stairs open to the sitting room, please take care and ensure children are supervised. Note: Due to the upper terraced garden being extremely steep, it is unsuitable for use and guests are requested not go beyond the gate which is marked private and locked. Note: There are 3 steps from the lane to the cottage.

This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with basin, another double and a single, along with a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside there's off road parking 20 yards from the cottage, a front patio with seating and an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Bwthyn Celyn is a charming Snowdonia base.
