Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and wood for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front seating area with furniture. Shared hot tub.Large open lawned area to front. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Access to property along 0.3 mile single lane tarmac road. Note: Maximum 4 people. Customers will have access to shared hot tub. This is shared with all three cottages. The cottage has a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a z-bed, a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front seating area with furniture and a large open lawned area.
