Oil and electricity included in rent Apr - Sept inclusive,€40 supplement payable directly to owner Oct -Mar. Fuel for open fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large lawned garden with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: One room downstairs will remain locked, as it is used by the owner for storage of personal effects. It will not be accessible while the cottage is occupied.
